Marek is from the Czech Republic, and football has been part of his life since childhood. During his playing career he gathered experience not only in the Czech Republic but also in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, where he was able to see different football styles, methodologies, and approaches to player development.
Driven by his passion for the game and his long-standing relationship with sport, he decided to build this football academy to give young players a modern, positive environment to grow in. The academy was born from the idea of combining a European approach to training, discipline, and individual development with genuine joy for the game and healthy confidence in kids.
Marek has a close personal connection with sport, an active lifestyle, and running. Working with young players and helping children grow, both as footballers and as people in everyday life, is his biggest source of motivation.
Mission
"My goal is to do everything I can to build a sustainable project and help kids from Asia who love football to match the very best, and one day to bring them to European camps."

Head coach at LUMI Czech Football Academy, specialist in individual and small group training. He combines international experience with the methodology of the English Football Association (The FA) and a strong focus on child safety following FIFA Guardians standards. He leads sessions with respect, discipline and joy for the game.

Alex brings a professional playing background in European youth football to LUMI. At the academy he leads team-training sessions, focusing on team shape, game understanding and turning training drills into real match performance.
His sessions connect the individual work the players do with Toni to the collective side of the game, so the kids can show on Saturday what they practised during the week.
