Our long-term vision
LUMI Czech wants to connect Thailand, the Czech Republic, and the wider European football scene into a single development ecosystem. The goal: a player who starts with us at seven will, by fifteen, already know the environment, the people, and the expectations of a European club.
The bridge is not just a metaphor. It is a direction we walk step by step. We start in Bangkok. First we build a strong local base of players, and our long-term plan is to gradually open the path to training camps in Europe.
What matters most right now: bringing new members into the academy. Every child in Bangkok who joins us helps the project grow. From a strong local community everything else will follow, camps, tournaments, contacts. Parents, please help us get this vision off the ground.
Planned European camps
We have contacts in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, and we are preparing training camps in professional environments, among pros, on quality pitches, with European coaches. The primary goal is training, exposure, and player development. This is our plan once our Bangkok base is ready.
Long-term goal
The overall goal of the academy is to bring children from Thailand to European camps in the future, especially in the Czech Republic, but also in other European countries. We want them to have the chance to measure themselves against the best players of their generation, gain experience in a professional environment, and build a real shot at succeeding as adults, perhaps even making a living from football.
