Marek is the founder of LUMI and leads our global scouting operation. His main goal is to find talented players all over the world and connect them directly with the right European clubs. He personally travels to watch players, evaluates them on the ground, and channels them through our scouting network across Europe. His own playing background in lower leagues across the Czech Republic, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany gave him a first-hand understanding of how European clubs work and what they look for in a player. Every recommendation he makes is based on live scouting, not just a video.

Marek Waszut works as a football scouting manager focused on the Czech Republic. His main role is to connect talented players with suitable football opportunities and coordinate the entire process between players, clubs, and professional partners. He specializes primarily in the legal and administrative side of player movements, preparing contractual conditions, managing communication during transfers, coordinating negotiations between all involved parties, and ensuring that the transfer process is handled professionally. With experience in the football environment, he focuses on identifying promising players, supporting their development, and connecting them with clubs in the Czech Republic and abroad. His goal is to create a professional environment where players can receive the right opportunities for further career growth. He uses his analytical and organizational skills to manage processes related to player management, focusing on transparent communication, professional documentation preparation, and the legal security of cooperation between players and clubs. His inspiration comes from the modern football philosophy of Jürgen Klopp, especially his ability to develop young players, build team culture, and identify potential for long-term growth. Originally from the Czech Republic, his goal is to help talented footballers find new opportunities and connect them with professional clubs through quality scouting, professional representation, and proper career management.

Toni Palito Ojeabulu is the person who builds the bridge between Africa and Europe, with a special focus on Nigeria, where he previously played as a professional footballer. Alongside his scouting work, he is also a coach at our academy. Toni loves football more than anything in the world and dedicates himself to helping African talents get a real opportunity to play in Europe. His playing background in Nigeria and his direct connections on the ground make him the natural link between African talent and our European club network.

David Martynek is an experienced football scout and active player with a strong background in European football. He played in the Czech Republic between 2006 and 2015 for FC Baník Ostrava in the first league and 1. FK Fotbal Třinec in the second league. From 2015 to 2022 he continued in smaller Czech clubs, and since 2022 he has been playing in Austria. His long career across Czech and Austrian football gives him extensive contacts throughout the European market and helps connect promising players with the right opportunities.
